The Training and Placement Cell at TKIET Polytechnic oversees the placement of Diploma engineering students on campus and offers visiting firms all-inclusive support via pre-placement lectures, written exams, interviews, and group discussions.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1.Communication Skill Enhancement.

2.Effective Placement Training (Includes Personality Development Program).

3.Model Aptitude Tests.

4.Group Discussions.

5.Mock Interviews.

6.Conducting "Career Guidance Seminar" for all the Final and Pre Final Years.

7.Conducting “Online Assessment to Students” and Analyze Performance for Improvements.

8.Focusing on Company Specific Patterns before campus drive.

9.Lectures delivered by Invited speakers from industries.
